A book on the history of Bradford (Park Avenue) is expected to be released within the next two months.
Specifically covering the disastrous final four years of the club in the Football League, it was originally published in 2019.
Stretching to 376 pages, it is called ‘Diary of a Lost Cause’ and covers the period from 1966 to 1970.
In it is contained all day-to-day news, match reports, statistics, analysis and opinion, as well as thorough interviews with over 20 players and other personalities involved at the time.
Originally published as a hardback, this reprint will be a softback version and cost £22.
In order to try to make sure there will be enough copies available, please indicate your interest by emailing the author, Jeremy Charnock, at [email protected] as soon as possible.
As he says himself, it would make an ideal Christmas present.
