The arson squad are calling for information in relation to a Maddington house and car blaze in early December that put three children and a woman in hospital.
Emergency services responded to reports of a blaze at a home on Westfield Street about 4.30am on December 10.
The children and woman were taken to hospital by St John ambulance for precautionary treatment for smoke inhalation.
Department of Fire and Emergency Services crews extinguished the fire, which caused extensive damage to the home and a car in the carport.
CCTV footage released of the blaze shows a person dressed in all black approaching the property before the carport and car erupts into flames.

Investigators would like to speak to the person, pictured, who was seen in the vicinity of the fire as they may have information to assist with the investigation.
