Photographer Ariadna Arnés exhibits three AI artworks at New York’s NFT.NYC 2025

The Catalan visual artist and photographer, Ariadna Arnés, has been selected to exhibit three artworks created using artificial intelligence at New York’s NFT.NYC 2025 art event.

Arnés, who resides in Girona, participates in this event focused on new technologies and NFTs. It also attracts artists, creators, and art collectors from over 100 countries.

She presents the pieces ‘The quiet shatter,’ ‘The silent beat,’ and ‘The weight of a tear,’ which will be exhibited in Brooklyn, at a van driving around Manhattan, and at an art gallery at the World Trade Center, respectively.

The photographer explained in a written statement that seeing her artworks “exhibited on the streets of New York is very emotional. “It is an open space, where anybody can take a look, feel, or even walk by without having any knowledge of art.” For her, art galleries normally create a “distance and are not that accessible for the general public.”

Arnés likes to work with artificial intelligence because it is a tool that allows her to create images that reality does not allow her to. “There are ideas, environments, or feelings that I can only start building from scratch, and with AI, I have this opportunity,” she said.

NFT.NYC held its first edition in 2019, and since then, it has become a site for global digital art.
