The public announcement revealed that Bullish is selling 30M shares, with the nominal value of $0.002 per share, at the IPO price of $32-$33 per share. The shares will list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with the ticker BLSH.
The company’s goal is to raise up to $990M, hitting a $4.82B valuation, up $600M from August 4’s $4.2B target.
