Raiku announced today that it has raised $13.5 million to bring the power of predictability, precision and exponential compute to Solana. Its novel architecture sets new ground rules for how distributed networks operate and how users and applications are built, enabling the certainty necessary for institutional execution.
Investment highlights:
Raiku also announced key investments and partnerships with some of the most trusted validators in crypto, including Figment, Kiln, Everstake, Staking Facilities, Blockdaemon, Chorus One, H2O Nodes and others.
Raiku is solving a fundamental coordination problem with distributed networks, making crypto apps as powerful, fast, and precise as traditional tech systems. By placing high-performance compute close to where transactions happen, and coordinating execution through its advanced scheduling engine, Raiku gives developers and institutions the reliability and control they demand.
This funding will be used to develop Raiku’s core technology, creating a new blockchain backbone for institutional trading, real-time payments, and compliance-sensitive services that depend on precision and predictability.
“For institutions and advanced DeFi apps, speed isn’t enough. They need certainty, being able to predict when a transaction will land, and run strategies on microsecond precision,” said Robin Nordnes, CEO and co-founder of Raiku. “We’ve built Raiku to give developers and validators the infrastructure to guarantee that outcome.”
“Raiku addresses one of the most critical gaps in blockchain infrastructure: predictable execution at scale,” said Nihal Maunder, a partner at Pantera Capital. “Their architecture offers real-world reliability and opens the door to the next generation of onchain financial systems, on Solana.”
Introducing fast, reliable, and predictable Solana transactions
Bitcoin solved for digital money. Ethereum, for programmability. While Solana has made significant progress in building for high performance, as many as 75% of transactions don’t land during peak demand. Such inefficiency has made it unsuitable for mass adoption and enterprise or institutional-grade finance.
Raiku’s performant block building architecture uses the same validators that already secure Solana to ensure guaranteed block inclusion, offering certainty for app developers and users that their transactions will land in times of high stress.
An emerging marketplace for guaranteed blockspace
Through this architecture, Raiku also introduces a two-sided execution marketplace and blockspace market that aligns incentives for developers, validators, and institutions.
“Raiku unlocks the design space for apps that want to behave like financial infrastructure, which is fast, programmable, and built for institutional scale,” said Robin Nordnes, CEO and co-founder of Raiku.
About Raiku
Internet capital markets demand speed and certainty. Raiku makes Solana inevitable by unlocking high-performance block building, using Solana’s core validators to ensure fast, predictable transactions with guaranteed block inclusion.
