Ourhome announced on the 1st that it will conduct an open recruitment for new dietitians and cooks in the second half of 2025.
This recruitment drive for dietitians and cooks in the second half of 2025 aims to secure outstanding talent in line with the expansion of its group meal business, including the opening of new stores. It will proceed as a large-scale recruitment, hiring 00 dietitians and cooks.
Dietitians must be graduates of a regular university’s food and nutrition-related department or expected to graduate in February 2026 to be eligible. They must hold a dietitian license and at least one cook technician qualification.
Candidates for cooks must be graduates of a regular university’s culinary-related department or expected to graduate in February 2026. They must hold a cook technician qualification.
Applicants must submit their applications through Ourhome’s recruitment website by October 21. The recruitment process will proceed in the order of document screening, personality test, and practical and executive interviews. Successful candidates are scheduled to start in December 2025.
Ourhome will conduct an education program to help successful candidates adapt and improve their job capabilities. New employees will receive six months of theoretical training as well as on-site education at major food service locations, food manufacturing facilities, and logistics centers. They will gain extensive and professional practical experience, including menu management and large-scale cooking skills training at store sites. Afterwards, their workplaces will be assigned based on personal preference and residence.
