Orlando Pirates are set to travel to Europe once again for their annual pre-season tour.
The Buccaneers are gearing up for a new chapter in the club’s illustrious history.
After parting ways with Spanish head coach Jose Riveiro at the end of last season, a new beginning awaits!
And now, one of the club’s pre-season opponents has been revealed!

In preparation for a busy 2025/26 campaign, Orlando Pirates will be camping in Europe for their pre-season.
The Buccaneers are set face English League One side Bolton FC on 11 July 2025 at the Marbella Football Centre in Spain.
Pirates are due to play a host of other matches as well, which will be announced closer to the time.
Last year, Orlando Pirates faced Qatar’s Al Sadd, Spanish sides Sevilla and Granada as well as FC Plymouth.
The Buccaneers are expected to unveil their new head coach before they leave for Europe. Adding to the excitement, their new signings are also expected to be announced before they jet out of the country!
