This move enables users to trade these assets onchain, offering instant settlement, transparent custody, and eliminating the need for intermediaries, as reported by BNB Chain.
The integration of tokenized stocks and ETFs onto BNB Chain through PancakeSwap, the platform’s leading decentralized exchange, aims to reshape how investors engage with traditional markets. By turning real-world financial products into blockchain-based assets, these tokenized offerings provide 24/5 accessibility, enhanced transparency, and operational efficiency. This development is a significant stride in BNB Chain’s real-world assets (RWA) ecosystem, which already boasts over 3.4 million daily active users worldwide.
Since its inception in September, Ondo Global Markets has achieved remarkable growth, surpassing $350 million in TVL and generating over $669 million in onchain trading volume. This growth underscores the increasing demand for tokenized assets and marks a major milestone in the adoption of blockchain technology for real financial products.
