In this position, youll be responsible for – Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests; – Develop long-term relationships with customers; – Manage the customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments; – Ensuring the invoicing process, as well as claims management and key indicators analysis – Document management and archiving.
