
The Friends of the New Lebanon Railroad Station Inc. will screen “The Rutland Remnants 6: North Bennington, Vt., to Chatham, N.Y.” by filmmaker James “Jim” Jones at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 29, at the Town Hall, 14755 Route 22N.
The film traces the history of Rutland Railroad’s Corkscrew line until its formal demise on May 20, 1953. The film includes interviews with local residents and former employees of the railroad company.
A $10 donation is appreciated to benefit the restoration of the New Lebanon train station. Refreshments will be served.
