New Apple products leaked by reliable tipster well ahead of launch

Prominent tipster Mark Gurman has once again stated what he expects Apple to launch during its 3-day long “Apple Experience” early next month. Although most of the rumored products are mere spec bumps, there is one brand-new product that definitely necessitates an in-person hands-on event.

Apple has already announced the first-of-its-kind “Apple Experience” hands-on event scheduled on the 4th of March in three cities – London, New York, and Shanghai. Unlike typical keynotes, Apple is expected to announce several new products on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of March via press releases.

Courtesy of previous leaks and rumors, we already have a fairly good idea about what to expect from the Cupertino giant early next month. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, a prominent tipster, has once again stated what he expects to witness – a new low-cost MacBook with an A-series SoC, refreshed entry-level iPad, iPhone 17e, refreshed MacBook Air and high-end MacBook Pros.

Although there will be no full-fledged keynote this time around, the reason behind why Apple decided to organize an in-person hands-on experience is pretty clear – to show off the design and colors of the new entry-level MacBook. The rest of the products did not really necessitate an in-person event, since Apple has long stuck to press releases for products getting their annual spec bumps.

The MacBook Pros will finally receive the M5 Pro and Max treatment while the M5-powered base variant (currently $1,499 on Amazon) will remain untouched, the MacBook Air will also get the M5 SoC, and the iPad will get an A18 chip. Unsurprisingly, no other major changes are expected to any of these products, which is typical for Apple.

The iPhone 17e will get a major design update, however, with the addition of the Dynamic Island camera cutout and a fresh new lavender colorway. The low-cost MacBook will likely boast a chassis that has never been seen before, housing a 12.9-inch display and is like to ship with a whole bunch of fun colors teased by the following official invite art.
