Naoris Protocol: The Post-Quantum Solution Governments are Waiting For

The announcement by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) regarding the selection of the HQC algorithm on March 11, 2025, as the fifth official post-quantum cryptography standard resonates as a warning signal for governments worldwide.
