MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — On Thursday, several teens visited Naman’s Department Store in downtown Mobile for a suit fitting ahead of the Mobile Police Department’s one-day camp Blue Ties for Guys: Gentleman in the Making.
This is the second year the police department is hosting the event, which unites teenage boys with role models from MPD and the City of Mobile’s Office of Public Safety. The teens learn proper etiquette and attire along with social skills, decision-making abilities, and goal-setting techniques. At the end of the event, the teens pose in their new tailored suits during a photo shoot.
