JOHANNESBURG – The MK Party has reacted to the recommendation of Dunstan Mlambo for the Deputy Chief Justice position.
The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) concluded interviews for the position on Thursday and recommending Mlambo for the role.
Mlambo currently serves as Judge President of the Gauteng Division of the High Court.

Three candidates were shortlisted for the position, which has been vacant since Chief Justice Mandisa Maya was elevated to head the Constitutional Court.
