(TSXV: MCI) (OTC Pink: AGRDF) (“Minnova” or the “Company”) announces that further to its press releases of May 7, 2025, June 19, 2025 and July 14, 2025, the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for an extension of its price protection for an additional ten (10) days in order to complete the previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 16,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $800,000 (the “Offering”).
The Company closed the initial tranche of the Offering on July 14, 2025, through the issuance of 8,510,000 Units for gross proceeds of $425,00. For further details on the Offering, please refer to the Company’s press release of May 7, 2025.
