Lucid Capital, a US-born and now UAE-based fintech company specialising in AI-driven algorithmic trading, has closed a $2.5 million Seed funding round to strengthen its trading infrastructure and advance its artificial intelligence research capabilities.
The round was led by Tharawat Holding, with participation from Singular Link, and is aimed at supporting the expansion of Lucid Capital’s trading strategies and technology stack as it scales its operations.
The newly raised capital will be deployed to advance AI research, expand trading infrastructure, and deepen institutional partnerships, in line with the company’s growth plans across global markets. Lucid Capital focuses on applying artificial intelligence to algorithmic trading, combining quantitative strategies with autonomous AI agents to improve execution efficiency and risk management.
