Louis Tomlinson made his feelings very clear when discussing one celebrity he ‘despises’ in a recent interview. The former One Direction star did not hold back as he confessed he will ‘always hate’ controversial YouTuber Logan Paul.
Logan received backlash in 2022 when he interviewed Liam Payne, who appeared vulnerable throughout their chat. During his time on the podcast ‘Impaulsive’, the late singer opened up on intimate details about the birth of his son and made shocking remarks about his One Direction bandmates.
Liam, who sadly died at the age of 31 last October seemed to be drinking whiskey throughout the interview with Paul. This led many to question the ethics of Logan’s interview at the time.
One year on from Liam’s tragic death after he fell from his hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Louis has taken aim at Paul for the interview.
He declared: “I f***ing forever despise [Logan Paul], horrible, horrible little f***er.”
He added to The Independent: “I think that’s also the problem with some of this new ‘media’. I would like to think most journalists… some journalists have a duty of care.”
Liam’s comments on the podcast sparked fury among One Direction fans in 2022 after the dad-of-one made several remarks about his time in the band.
The late star made a remark about Zayn, claimed one of his former bandmates pushed him up against a wall and revealed that Simon Cowell created One Direction to work around him.
Many mocked Liam’s claim about the boy band’s origins, but Louis has now confirmed that his bandmate’s claims were true.

He said: “It was, definitely. It was definitely a role that was assigned to him. That is the truth,” he shares in his latest interview.
Louis also went on to admit that the clips of Liam on Logan’s show in 2022 are still “hard for me to watch back”.
Speaking to host Steve Bartlett on The Diary Of A CEO podcast earlier this month, Louis revealed he was in Los Angeles when Niall Horan phoned him to say Liam had died.
Speaking fondly of his late ‘brother’, Louis said: “We all looked up to him”.
He told Steven that hearing the news of Liam’s death evoked a similar reaction to when his sister Felicite died of an accidental drug overdose in 2019.
He said: “I had the same feeling that I had with Felicite, and I think anyone has this when they’re around someone who’s struggling; my 150 per cent wasn’t nearly enough.
“And that’s when it’s my own arrogance thinking that I could have helped really, because it was so much deeper than what I could have done for him. He was definitely struggling at that time in his life.”

Louis also revealed that Liam had been the one member of the band campaigning for a One Direction reunion, but he said it would now not feel “right” to do it without him.
He said: “Never say never… but I’m just not sure it would be right. Say for the sake of argument, 25 years’ time, it’s like a f****** Oasis thing, they offer us an arm and a leg, and they’re like, ‘Come back and do this many shows’, I don’t know. Liam’s death just completely put a pin in all of that.
“And the irony is, there was no one campaigning for One Direction to get back more than Liam. I would say I came in a close second.”
