Economy LOTTE launches major recruitment drive in Vietnam Monday, 11:37, 25/08/2025 VOV.VN – The Republic of Korea (RoK)’s conglomerate LOTTE has recently hosted its first-ever large recruitment event in Vietnam, marking a key milestone in its global human resource development strategy.
The LOTTE Global Job Fair in Vietnam 2025 featured the participation of eight LOTTE subsidiaries and attracted over 1,000 registered candidates. It offers nearly 300 employment opportunities for aspiring professionals in diverse sectors such as retail, hospitality, property management, technology, and entertainment services.
Participating companies included LOTTE Mall West Lake Hanoi, LOTTE Department Store Vietnam, LOTTE Hotel Hanoi, L7 West Lake Hanoi by LOTTE, LOTTE World Vietnam, LOTTE Property & Development Vietnam, LOTTE Innovate Vietnam, and LOTTE Mart.
The job fair is designed to provide real, hands-on value to participants, according to a LOTTE Vietnam representative during the opening ceremony.
“From interview training to cultural immersion, we aim to support attendees in developing both their professional skills and understanding of LOTTE’s corporate culture,” said the representative.
The event also provided attendees with practical, career-focused activities, including career consulting sessions where they engaged in one-on-one meetings with human resources professionals from LOTTE’s companies in order to explore career paths and receive personalised guidance.
Moreover, mock interviews were also conducted, giving candidates the chance to simulate real interview scenarios with recruitment specialists, thereby helping them to sharpen their communication and application skills.
Most notably, LOTTE Group offered 30 “Company Tour” slots in each session, giving participants a unique opportunity to explore its Korean-style working environment. These tours provided an authentic glimpse into the workplace layout, atmosphere, and organisational culture at LOTTE.
