A main road in Liverpool has been blocked following a police incident this morning (Monday, February 16). Prescot Road westbound is blocked following an accident on Broad Green Road, according to traffic monitor Inrix.
The incident in Old Swan is believed to have occurred around 7am, with Inrix stating the traffic alert was created at 7.03am. Traffic is moving slowly in the area, with Arriva issuing a warning.
Delays are likely, the bus operator said, as well as service 68 being diverted via St Oswald Street and Edge Lane Drive in both directions.
