Lindex Group’s Annual Report and Remuneration Report for 2025 have been published
Lindex Group plc has published its Annual Report 2025, which includes the Business Review, Report of the Board of Directors and Sustainability Statement, Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report. The Annual Report has been published in Finnish, Swedish and English.
The Report of the Board of Directors includes the Sustainability Statement which has been prepared in accordance with EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Ernst & Young Oy has performed a limited assurance engagement on the Group Sustainability Statement of Lindex Group plc.
The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report in accordance with ISAE 3000 on the Lindex Group’s ESEF Financial Statement.
The Annual Report 2025, Remuneration Report and Corporate Governance Report are attached as pdf documents to this release, as well as a report in xHTML format according to the ESEF regulation. The reports are also available on the company’s website http://www.lindexgroup.com/en/investors/reports-and-publications.
