Kraken Buying No-Code Trading Automation Company Capitalise.ai

Kraken, a leading cryptocurrency-focused technology platform, has announced its acquisition of the assets and technology of Capitalise.ai, a trailblazer in no-code, natural-language trading automation based in Israel.

Founded in 2015, Capitalise.ai has pioneered a platform that transforms everyday language into actionable trading strategies. Utilizing a proprietary language model and a robust big data infrastructure, the platform is capable of processing both real-time and historical data across various asset classes, including equities, cryptocurrency, foreign exchange, futures, and options. This capability uniquely positions Capitalise.ai as a game-changer in the trading automation space.

The integration of Capitalise.ai’s features within Kraken Pro is expected to commence later this year. As the Kraken Pro platform has evolved, taking full advantage of its advanced capabilities has increasingly demanded technical know-how and extensive trading experience. With the introduction of Capitalise.ai’s technology, this barrier will be lifted, empowering users from diverse backgrounds to design, test, and automate intricate trading strategies using simple, everyday language. This means that soon, Kraken Pro users will have the ability to automate complex strategies across both digital and traditional asset classes without the need to write any code.

Capitalise.ai’s technology has already been endorsed by numerous traditional finance brokers and exchanges, highlighting its effectiveness as an engaging trading automation tool for both retail and institutional traders. Following the acquisition, Capitalise.ai’s co-founders, Amir Shiovich (CEO) and Shahar Rabin (CPO), along with their talented product and engineering teams, will join Kraken, ensuring continued innovation within the Kraken Pro business unit. This strategic acquisition marks an exciting milestone for Kraken as it enhances its platform to facilitate seamless trading for users worldwide.

KEY QUOTE:

“This acquisition gives Kraken Pro clients a powerful new way to act on ideas in real time — testing, optimizing, and executing bespoke strategies with unprecedented speed and confidence,” said Shannon Kurtas, Head of Exchange at Kraken. “Capitalise.ai’s technology transforms how people interact with financial data — breaking down barriers that have long kept scalable, advanced strategies in the hands of a few. This is a major leap forward in democratizing access to pro-grade trading tools.”
