The announced quarterly dividend represents an approximately 4% increase versus the prior quarterly dividend paid in October 2025.
The dividend will be paid on Friday, February 13, 2026 to shareholders of record as of market close on Friday, February 6, 2026.
Kinetik will host its fourth quarter 2025 results conference call on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 8:00 am Central Time (9:00 am Eastern Time).
