Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has appointed Alhaji Mustapha Buhari Bakwana as the new Political Adviser.
The appointment was announced on Saturday while presenting motorcycles to his social media handlers and journalistsat the Government House, Kano
Speaking at the event, Governor Yusuf said the decision to appoint Bakwana was based on his long years of experience in politics and his consistent support for the present administration.
“This appointment is in recognition of his commitment, loyalty, and strategic contributions to the success and stability of our administration,” the governor said.
He expressed confidence that the new Political Adviser would use his experience to help strengthen government policies and improve political engagement across the state.
“I believe he will bring his wealth of experience to support our policies and deepen political understanding,” Yusuf added.
The governor also commended media practitioners and influencers for their role in information dissemination, describing them as key partners in promoting government activities in Kano State.
Recall that his Political Adviser before now was Sunusi Surajo Kwankwaso, a close ally of former Kano State Governor, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso,
