Logan Paul’s legal war over his failed NFT project CryptoZoo is officially over.
According to TMZ, a district judge has reaffirmed the full dismissal of the class action lawsuit accusing the WWE U.S. Champion of defrauding investors.
The lawsuit stemmed from Paul’s 2021 NFT-based game that promised users they could earn money by breeding digital animals. But the project stalled, leaving buyers angry and accusing Paul and his team of orchestrating a “rug pull.” In August, a magistrate judge dismissed the suit, saying plaintiffs failed to directly connect Logan to their losses. That ruling now stands — permanently. Paul’s attorney, Jeff Neiman said the ruling was reinforced this week:
“The district judge reaffirmed that ruling, holding once again that no reasonable juror could find Logan’s statements misleading or fraudulent.”
Neiman even tied the legal victory to Paul’s recent wedding, joking:
“On the day Logan walked down the aisle, a magistrate judge delivered the perfect wedding gift: total dismissal of the CryptoZoo class action.”
Logan tied the knot with model Nina Agdal back in August during a private ceremony in Lake Como, Italy — just as this legal chapter was closing.
With the case now dead in the water, Paul walks away without financial penalty or liability, while CryptoZoo investors are left with nothing but broken promises and unusable NFTs.
