
Role Overview:
Marcalla are looking for a versatile Marketing & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This dual-track role is central to our commercial growth, responsible for elevating our visual identity while executing high-impact marketing campaigns. You will bridge the gap between creative design and strategic marketing to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
Core Responsibilities:
Visual Identity: Create and manage brand libraries, ensuring consistency across digital and print media, including brochures, social assets, and corporate templates.
Campaign Execution: Plan and design marketing initiatives for product launches, events, and seasonal promotions.
Digital Content: Produce engaging content for social media (e.g., Reels, TikTok), web banners, and email newsletters.
Sales Support: Generate visual assets for high-level tenders, pitches, and technical product catalogs.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new creative opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and external partners (printers, agencies) to deliver projects from concept to completion
