Pakistani singer and politician Jawad Ahmad made headlines after a heated interview went off the rails.
Tensions escalated rapidly between him and the anchor, culminating in Jawad asking the journalist to leave the set.
During the exchange, Jawad reportedly told the anchor, “You came here for my interview, not the other way around. Sit quietly and listen.
First, hear me out before you speak.” When the anchor assured him he would, Jawad angrily responded, “Who do you think you are to listen to me? You are not a proper journalist. Show respect when asking for my time.”
The confrontation intensified when political questions about Imran Khan came up. Jawad accused the anchor of being disrespectful and interrupted, shouting, “Get out of here. I will not give you any interview. Leave right now.”
According to reports, Jawad’s team intervened to escort the anchor off the set, while the anchor pushed back, calling Ahmad’s behavior unbecoming of a public figure. Eyewitnesses say the argument turned physical at one point, with Ahmad allegedly threatening the journalist.
Clips of the fiery exchange quickly went viral on social media, sparking widespread debate over professionalism, respect, and decorum in live interviews.
