As a partner in the Zama Public Auction, KuCoin Spotlight is introducing a sealed-bid Dutch auction mechanism. Users can bid up to 10 times using USDT or USDC at their chosen prices, while keeping bids confidential. After the auction, the Zama team will collect and sort all bids to determine the clearing price, ensuring fair distribution, price discovery, and capital efficiency.
Zama adds a layer of confidentiality to existing public blockchains such as Ethereum and Solana.
It enables users to shield their tokens and confidentially transfer, swap or stake them in DeFi. Some use cases include confidential stablecoins, swaps, RWA tokenization and DeFi. Zama is like HTTPS, but for blockchain transactions.
Zama leverages state-of-the-art Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) technology, which enables computing directly on encrypted data. FHE has long been considered the “holy grail” of cryptography, as it allows end-to-end encryption for any application, onchain or offchain, and is secure even against quantum computers.
Zama has secured $57m in a Series B funding round. The funding, co-led by Blockchange Ventures and Pantera Capital, brings Zama’s total funding to more than $150m and its valuation to more than $1bn.

5. For orders being refunded, we will process the refund in the currency you selected at the time of bidding;
6. The buyback program will not be supported this time;
7. If users have doubts about the result of the activities, please note the official appeal period for the result of activities is 2 months after the end of the campaign. We will not accept any kind of appeal after this period;
8. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated and original English versions, the English version shall prevail;
