
The government’s working group in Prey Veng province has been urged to persistently continue addressing residents’ concerns and difficulties with dedication.
The call was made by Interior Minister Sar Sokha, who is also the chairman of the government’s working group for Prey Veng. He encouraged members to remain committed to serving the people and said their efforts reflect the government’s long-standing principle of putting citizens’ interests first. He made the remarks on Saturday while chairing the annual review meeting of the Prey Veng provincial working group at the provincial hall.
During the meeting, Sokha instructed the team to continue disseminating government policies, strategies, and achievements to grassroots communities. He called for timely responses to citizens’ requests and concerns.
In particular, he said the need to accelerate land measurement and the issuance of title deeds, as well as to strengthen security and public order by cracking down on drugs, juvenile delinquency, and all forms of gambling.
