Mindelo, 7 July (Inforpress) – The Minister for Investment Promotion and Business Development said today that he intends to assess the impact of government policies on businesspeople in São Vicente, identify the problems and then implement short-term solutions.
Eurico Monteiro spoke to the press after visiting business projects, including a family bakery and a tourism venture that benefited from technical assistance and financing from Pró-Empresa.
‘We also want to identify problems that are, in some way, hindering the greater expansion that would be desirable. Therefore, to this extent, we are taking note and have a kind of specification sheet that we are about to implement with short-term solutions,’ explained the minister, acknowledging that not all problems will be solved in the short term.
