Una, Jan 6 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri on Monday evening listened to public grievances during a public interaction programme held at the Business Promotion Centre in Gondpur.
He issued necessary directions to the officers of the relevant departments for the prompt and effective resolution of the complaints received.
The Deputy Chief Minister said the state government is working with the spirit of public welfare, development, and service, adding that the timely resolution of people’s problems remains one of the government’s top priorities.
He directed officials to avoid any negligence in addressing grievances and to ensure that all cases are handled with sensitivity and accountability.
He further stated that the focus of the state government’s policies is on serving villages, the poor, and the common people.
Ensuring effective implementation of welfare schemes at the grassroots level and reaching benefits to the last person is a firm commitment of the government.
Agnihotri instructed officers to take every complaint raised during the public interaction seriously and ensure its timely resolution, thereby further strengthening development and basic amenities in rural areas.
