
The final women’s-only Ironman World Championship will take place on October 11 before the race returns to a one-day format with both men and women in Kona in 2026. OutsideTV will livestream the women’s Ironman World Championship for free on October 11, starting at 10:30 a.m. ET/7:30 a.m. PT. Outside+ members can view the on-demand replay at any time.
Coverage starts with the athletes preparing for the race and will continue through the top pro finishers and post-race podium ceremony. In total, you can watch more than 10 hours of Kona coverage, so plan your snacks or follow along from the trainer.
If you want to tune in at the start of the event, plan to begin the livestream by 6:25 a.m. HST/12:25 p.m. ET to watch the professional athletes enter the water. The rest of the field will start shortly thereafter.
If you know someone racing, you can track them using the Ironman Tracker app, available for download from Google Play and the iTunes App Store. You’ll see updated times and locations as your athlete passes through checkpoints.
