
ORANGE – The industrial warehouse that is occupied by Kelvion Corp. and a boiler part business was sold Jan. 21 by PTNT Properties LLC to the Texas-based real estate company HIS Group LLC for $1.09 million, according to the co-brokers of the sale Vidal/Wettenstein & Colonial Properties.
The property at 283 Indian River Road is 22,090 square feet on 2.5 acres.The building was last appraised by the town in 2023 for $1.25 million. It was previously purchased from David Holmes by PTNT Properties in 2003 for $550,000.
Gus Eliopulos of Colonial Properties represented the buyer and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & Managing Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein of Westport was the listing broker. Peter Ambrose of Ambrose & Strazza LLC was the seller’s counsel.
