SPDR Galaxy Hedged Digital Asset Ecosystem ETF seeks to provide long term capital appreciation. The Sub-Adviser seeks to achieve the fund’s investment objective by investing, directly or indirectly, in (i) equity securities of foreign and domestic companies within the crypto asset and blockchain industries, (ii) ETFs that primarily hold bitcoin and/or ether futures contracts, (iii) bitcoin and ether futures contracts, (iv) exchange-traded products that hold bitcoin or ether as a reference asset, and (v) covered call options and protective put options on investments held in the portfolio. The fund is non-diversified.
