The development is listed as a creditors’ voluntary liquidation – a formal process initiated by a firm’s directors used to close an insolvent company that cannot pay its debts.
The liquidator appointed is Zane Collins of Insolvency One Limited, based in Leeds.
They were selected by members and creditors, The London Gazette said.
