Event highlights collaboration with 56 partners, awards excellence, discusses global defense growth strategies
Hanwha Aerospace announced on the 29th that it held the 2025 Best Partners Day (Best Partners Day) in Busan from the 26th to the 27th.
The event was attended by Son Jae-il, representative of Hanwha Aerospace, key executives, and representatives from 56 partner companies. Hanwha Aerospace shared its cooperative future vision and strategic direction and discussed ways to achieve sustainable growth in the domestic defense industry ecosystem through securing global competitiveness.
Twenty-two companies that received excellent evaluations in quality and management were awarded excellence partner trophies and prize money.
This year, the award categories were expanded from the existing procurement category to a total of three categories, including quality and win-win cooperation. In particular, during this event, a town hall meeting was held with partner companies to discuss ways to strengthen global competitiveness.
Hanwha Aerospace has formed a ‘Win-Win Cooperation Council’ with key partner companies and is conducting various programs to achieve mutual growth.
Since last year, it has been operating a benchmarking program that allows excellent partner companies to visit global defense industry sites and identify the latest industry trends. Additionally, the company is supporting the establishment of management systems through customized education and consulting to help partner companies respond to global regulations and strengthen their ESG management.
Representative Son said, “The greatest strength behind Hanwha Aerospace’s growth as a global defense company is the passion and dedication of our partner companies,” adding, “We will actively explore various support and cooperation measures to leap forward together as a global enterprise.”
