Our focus in 2026 is on recruiting brave and smart like minded African Immigrants, brave and smart like minded Black Americans and brave and smart like minded Non-Black Sympathizers not as groups but as individuals who have no issue with lineage based, Cash Payment Reparations for Descendants of American Slaves/Freedmen. If you are a Black Content Creator or an African Content Creator with a large audience then invite me on your platform so that I can promote my revised book and my film project to your audience.
If you are from these 10 African nations: South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Angola, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Nigeria then I need to speak with you. I understand you all came over here to live out your American dream but I need your help for 34 years Black America specifically Black Chicagoans has rejected and overlooked my vision and plan to help improve the low income African American community this is unacceptable and this is why I published my book and created this platform. The reason you are able to reach your American dream is because of my ancestors who fought and died during the Civil Rights Era to help get African Immigrants, Afro-Caribbeans and other non-White Immigrant groups to come to this country. Truth be told the White Supremacist Financial Elites only wanted European Immigrants here.
I am getting up in age and I want to do more than just news and social commentary. We encourage all of our listeners to join the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement by purchasing my e-book and reading my story for yourself. If you agree with my vision and plan to help improve Black America, specifically Black Chicago then you will automatically become a GRCAM Member. Both Black Americans and African Immigrants will assist me in building the best African American business within the United States of America and that is the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. This business is for Black Americans who identify as Descendants of American Slaves/Freedmen. Also Black Millennials and Generation Z. This is not my burden alone, this is a shared burden that GRCAM Members must fix within Black society. I don’t want the brand and the vision to die in America this is why I am reaching out to the Global African Family. I am pushing this vision to the Black world. This is my contribution to Africa’s rising.
I am looking for legitimate artists who are: Film Directors, Producers, Actors, Stage Managers, Professional Fundraisers, Technical Directors and Marketers who can come to Chicago to shoot the film once we raise the capital. If you are serious about doing business with me then please make yourself known to me. I provide my email address in my revised book. We can do a voice call or video call.
Once we get our film project fully funded and made and the proceeds from the film starts pouring in then I will be in a better position financially to purchase property in Chicago Illinois, buy office equipment, hire qualified Black Middle Class professionals and qualified African Immigrants who are Black Attorneys, African Attorneys, Investors, Black Entrepreneurs, African Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropists. I want to make sure that our business will be effective and successful for years to come. I am called by my Lord and Savior Jesus/Yeshua to rebuild Black Chicago similar to that of Nehemiah who was called by God to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Nehemiah used qualified engineers, architects and inventors to rebuild a new city.
In contrast, I am seeking Black Middle Class professionals and African Immigrants who hold a 2 year degree or above. Those without degrees are also welcome to be on our Advisory Broad or part of our Resource Team. We will compete against Pan Africanism which has been out for 125 years and still just talking. GRCAI of Chicago want to help improve the lives and social conditions of our members and their families by making our presence known within the low income African American community. Provide jobs for Black Youth to help them feed their family and keep them off the streets and out of criminal gangs. We will also have an international impact because we will setup local chapters in 10 African nations on the continent. Like I said in my last podcast since Black America has rejected my vision for the past 34 years now we are in the era of consequences. Trump Travel Ban to many African nations will hurt Black Unity and for us to do international trade like I wanted to do back in the 90s.
All I want my listeners to do is please purchase my e-book and read my story. I am also reaching out to the Global African Family if you are serious about me bring my ideas and my Christian business to the African continent then please help me get my revised book on the best seller’s list so that I can be in a position to hire my staff and my employees in America first for credibility among the Global Black Family. Work with me while I am alive don’t wait until I am dead to embrace my vision and plan make yourself known to me. My Christian business is membership base I am only responsible for GRCAM Members.

More information about our film project:
GRCAI Of Chicago — Film Project 2026, “Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins”
This docu-drama is dedicated to my lineage Descendants of American Slaves/Freedmen. This film is based on Emmanuel Barbee life experience growing up in the Black Ghettos of Chicago and his life work of trying to build the best African American business within the United States of America with the help of his members from the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement together Black Americans and African Immigrants will build the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago.
GRCAI of Chicago Mission: To eradicate Urban Violence in Chicago through Arts, Culture, Commerce, Spiritual Development and hosting African tours in 10 African nations. We will bring the best of the Diaspora to each African nation so that we can set up local chapters and do international trade among our people and GRCAM members. We will reconnect Black Entrepreneurs with African Entrepreneurs, Black Artists with African Artists. In This Christian business our objective is for Black Americans who are GRCAM members for them to heal from this Slave mentality also known as Willie Lynch and for African Immigrants to heal from this Colonized Mindset.
What inspired this project?
The inspiration for this docu-drama was that Emmanuel Barbee’s revised book (The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America) second edition was barely selling and items from his virtual store were also barely selling. This is why he turned to crowdfunding to let our donors know where exactly the money will be going towards marketing, promotion, clearances, legal and general expenses.
After 15 years of being rejected and overlooked by Black Chicagoans, including the Black Church, Emmanuel decided to write and publish his story. He wrote his book and created his virtual store in order to generate capital to get his nonprofit up and running in Chicago. Our objective is to strengthen the Black family while improving the conditions in the low income African American community or Black community. As well as to become an Economic base for the African American community and unite the African Immigrant community.
GRCAI of Chicago will be committed to assisting with improving the African American community while having a connection to our chapters in Africa. We will offer Parenting Classes, Information Technology, Blockchain Technology, Coding, Electricians, Landscaping, Creating Black Empowerment Films, Oil Painting and Journalism. We also plan on offering an Associate Degree and Vocational Training. GRCAI of Chicago will help prioritize our goals such as securing our neighborhood and protecting our women and children. We will offer a Second Chance program to reach our street brothers and sisters such as ex-offenders of non-violent crimes, former gang members and homeless Individuals within the community we will serve. GRCAI of Chicago will be a multi-purpose facility, functioning as a Nonprofit. We will also have a For Profit business sector. GRCAI of Chicago will operate under 9 separate functions.
1. Social Service Component
2. Spiritual Component (optional for secular people)
3. Political Component
4. Entertainment Component
5. Entrepreneur Component
6. Health and Wellness Component
7. Black Media Component
8. Science and Technology Component
9. Travel and Tourism
Under our For Profit Business Sector:
We will practice group economics in real time by pooling our resources together in order to own our own Community Healthcare Clinic, Community Grocery Store and Community Housing. This will be group economics in action. GRCAI of Chicago will also benefit Africa because we will form an alliance with African Immigrants in the United States of America and replicate the business in each African nation we visit. Our programs and services are designed to:
Promote African culture and Black American culture, recreational and other activities for the benefit of local residents who reside on the Westside of Chicago and eventually on the Southside of Chicago. Strengthen the Black Family and African Family through cultural, educational, and community infrastructure at the local level. Promote Music, drama, fine arts, entertainment, sports, recreation and other activities. Develop and promote annual festivals as community events for the benefit of all local residents where we present our events. Pursue public and private grants, donations and contributions, to be recognized by state and local taxing authorities as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
We have made significant progress in spreading the vision and plan through our Black Media Component (Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos Podcast). We need your support to take this project to the next level. GRCAI of Chicago will raise the bar in Black America. We will separate ourselves from Con Artists, Black Boule, Degenerates, Democrat Shills, Harden Criminals, Petophiles, Off Code Negroes and Urban Terrorists.

Risks and challenges
I want to talk to you about the potential obstacles we might face while bringing “Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins” to life. Your support means everything to us, and we believe in keeping you informed every step of the way.
First and foremost, there’s the risk of not meeting our funding goal. It’s a possibility that we’ve taken into account, but with your help in spreading the word about our campaign, we’re confident that we can overcome this challenge.
Now, when it comes to production, documentaries can be unpredictable. We might encounter unexpected delays due to various factors, like scheduling conflicts or unforeseen issues with equipment. Please know that we’re committed to staying adaptable and transparent with you throughout the process.
Legal and licensing matters can be a bit of a maze. Obtaining the necessary rights and licenses for music, archival footage, and more can be complex. We will work closely with legal experts to minimize any complications.

The Vision of GRCAM is to build a bridge between the African American community and the African Immigrant community. Building this bridge is vital to the survival of Black Americans and African Immigrants. Our main objective for Black Americans who become GRCAM Members is for them to heal from this Slave mentality imposed on our people by the White Supremacist Financial Elites. And for African Immigrants who become GRCAM Members to heal from this Colonized Mindset imposed on them by the White Supremacist Financial Elites. We will learn how to respect each other’s culture, learn how to trust one another, learn how to do business with each other so that we can replicate this business model on the African continent. We want the Diaspora to invest in the people, the culture, help assist in building the infrastructure, and bring business development to Africa and viceversa for Native Africans to do international trade with our people within the low income African American community in order for their to be a win win situation for both groups.
We host our Monthly Virtual Interactive Conference on the last Saturday of the month in order to interact with our listeners and to raise funds for our film project. We’re using three crowd funding sites: GoFundMe, Buy Me A Coffee and PayPal Giving Fund. Once we raise $250 thousand dollars then I will encourage those who are seasoned film makers to come to Chicago so that we can begin hosting auditions for a role in the film etc .. Once we get this film project fully funded and made and I want to make sure that Sister Rena will be well taken care of then I plan on turning the business over to my management team and lead by example that is to apply for dual citizenship in South Africa. My focus is on legacy building. Once GRCAI of Chicago is established then I am free to turn my Christian business over to my management team and expand it to Africa.
I created this platform so that we can talk publicly about our issues among each other. I want us to start producing our own Black Media. Africa is our birthright and that’s why I want to reconnect to my ancestral homeland. We are the last vanguard to global Black Economic Empowerment. This is why it’s so important that GRCAM Members build GRCAI of Chicago so that our brothers and sisters who are unable to up and leave America due to financial circumstances can have a place of their own to fight for and access to a global network in Africa, the Caribbean and Brazil. Descendants of American Slaves/Freedmen and African Immigrants are the last line of defense against global Black exploitation. If we don’t become the gatekeepers of our culture and our economics, then the whole global push for Black liberation collapse.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement thank you for considering supporting our Film Project. By purchasing my e-book and reading my story if you agree with my vision and plan to help improve Black America then you will automatically becoming a GRCAM Member.
