In a report released today, Stuart McLean from Macquarie downgraded GPT Group to a Hold, with a price target of A$5.55.

According to TipRanks, McLean is an analyst with an average return of -2.4% and a 48.78% success rate. McLean covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as GPT Group, Vicinity Centres, and National Storage REIT.
In addition to Macquarie, GPT Group also received a Hold from Jarden’s Tom Bodor in a report issued on January 13. However, on January 14, Citi maintained a Buy rating on GPT Group (Other OTC: GPTGF).
Based on GPT Group’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending June 30, the company reported a quarterly revenue of A$276.45 million and a net profit of A$164.55 million. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of A$480.2 million and had a GAAP net loss of A$249.4 million
