Global payroll and HR firm Deel has launched a virtual hiring event offering 300 jobs.
As part of the firm’s ‘Get Inspired, Get Hired’ event, professionals from across the globe, including Ireland, are being invited to get in touch.
Deel, which currently has 60 employees based in this country, has suggested the event could even potentially achieve a Guinness World Record for large-scale online hiring participation.
The hires are being added to its sales team in the first quarter of the year.
Through this fully virtual experience, the company is giving global talent immediate access to open positions across the organisation worldwide.
Following the live session, all attendees will be invited to apply for the open roles, with AI-powered initial interviews offered to all applicants.
To further fast-track the hiring process, Deel plans to use AI-driven hiring technologies powered by key collaborators micro1, Covey, and Metaview.
It includes using AI to assess candidate skills and fit early in the process, the initial interview stage, and capture interview insights to enable faster, more consistent hiring decisions.
With AI, Deel says, they will be able to significantly accelerate hiring and reduce time to hire.
The event will also feature leadership spotlights, insights into Deel’s global growth story and culture, and a live Q&A session.
Speakers include Deel co-founders, CEO Alex Bouaziz and CRO Shuo Wang, as well as senior sales leaders from across the organisation.
