Eligible European customers can now access tokenized US stocks via Gemini, a prominent crypto exchange, beginning July 4, 2025. The initiative aims to integrate traditional finance with decentralized finance across Europe.

Gemini’s partnership with Dinari enables this initiative, providing European investors with tokenized stocks, including Tesla and Apple. These stocks are issued on Arbitrum, an Ethereum Layer 2 protocol, facilitating secure and compliant transactions. Tyler Winklevoss, Gemini Co-founder, highlighted that this innovation connects global equities to people worldwide, asserting its dual benefits for America and other regions.
Gemini obtained Malta’s MiFID II license, aligning with regulatory standards and integrating with Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols. This step reflects the company’s commitment to seamless financial systems while participating in evolving blockchain ecosystems.
