The title is part of Gart’s broader Web3 metaverse initiative, including infrastructure for the Gart Castle environment, according to the company.
What’s new: In traditional games, characters and equipment remain entries on a developer’s server and can be lost if a title is shut down. In Legend of Gart, the company says all core assets — such as epic gear and exclusive pets — are issued as NFTs with unique on-chain identifiers, enabling players to trade them in open markets or transfer them to compatible blockchain games.
Economy and gameplay: The game introduces an open economic system using proprietary tokens as value carriers. Players can earn tokens by completing quests, win rare NFTs via team boss battles, and stake assets to receive ecosystem dividends. Transactions are executed by smart contracts for transparency and faster settlement, the company said.
Governance: Token holders can vote on proposals — such as new gameplay or balance changes — through a decentralized mechanism. Game data is stored on a distributed ledger and core parameters are tamper-resistant to reduce the risk of back-room changes or cheating, according to Gart.
