Franzmann revealed plans to host more Sheinvests’ events beyond just Women’s History Month or on International Women’s Day, so women can learn from each other. The initiative will include webinars, education sessions and potentially a podcast, with a stop in Newcastle, New South Wales slated for the coming quarter.
Meanwhile, Flint Group, which Christian Stevens co-founded with Chris Bates in early 2024, continues to grow. In December, the group quietly merged with Brisbane-based brokerage FPW Group as it expanded in the Queensland market. Earlier in 2025, Flint merged with Adelaide-based Brokerage & Co.,extending its reach into South Australia. The firm, which offers services in both residential and commercial, also has offices in Newcastle, Noosa and Griffiths, New South Wales.
