STOKE-ON-TRENT: Forty-year-old Mohammed Rahman, of Sister Dora Gardens, Walsall, has pleaded guilty to seven offences relating to the supply of the class A drugs heroin and crack cocaine. He has admitted three charges of being concerned in the supply of heroin; two charges of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine; possession of heroin with intent to supply; and possession of crack cocaine with intent to supply. The offending ran from February 2023 to August this year. He will be sentenced at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on December 8 and was remanded in custody.
BENTILEE: Czech national Marek Cervenak, aged 37, formerly of Winchester Avenue, Bentilee, has been found guilty after a trial at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court of two charges of exposure and two charges of having an article with a blade or point, namely a meat cleaver. The offending took place in January and February. Judge Richard McConaghy adjourned the case for Cervenak to be interviewed by a probation service officer. The defendant was remanded in custody and will learn his fate on December 8.
BARLASTON: Fifty-four-year-old Delroy Chambers, of Wedgwood Lane, Barlaston, will be sentenced for possession of cannabis with intent to supply at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on November 25. He was bailed.
BURSLEM: Thirty-eight-year-old Ilias Damianeas, of Arthur Cotton Court, Hamil Road, Burslem, has denied two charges of possession of a class A drug with intent to supply on September 11. His trial will be held at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on January 26. He was remanded in custody.
BURSLEM: Twenty-three-year-old Thomas Mayer, of Minster Street, Burslem, has denied charges of assault by beating, burglary, and kidnapping on April 29. His trial will be held at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on August 17 and his bail was extended.
