Emergency services raced to the early-hours blaze at the property on Calder Court in Whifflet, North Lanarkshire, at around 6am on Friday.
Flames can be seen blaring inside the property and pouring from the window.
The Record understands a number of nearby homes were evacuated.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and Police Scotland have been approached for comment.
