A new wave of momentum is sweeping through the crypto market, led by Filecoin (FIL), Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (FET), and NEAR Protocol (NEAR).
All three tokens have surged sharply over the past 24 hours, defying broader market caution and signaling renewed appetite for AI, storage, and infrastructure-focused altcoins.
Filecoin (FIL) climbed more than 54% in 24 hours and nearly doubled in a week, breaking through the key resistance at $3.20. The rally is closely tied to growing interest in decentralized storage for AI and DePIN applications, as well as institutional accumulation by Grayscale, which now holds over 2.2 million FIL, trading at a notable premium.
Trading volume jumped 116% in the past day, underscoring strong inflows from larger investors and funds anticipating momentum heading into the FIL Dev Summit (Nov. 13-15). Analysts note that FIL’s golden cross formation adds further technical strength to its bullish outlook.

The Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (FET), which unites major decentralized AI projects, is up 51% in 24 hours and 54% on the week, acting as a high-beta proxy for AI exposure during a broader market lull.
The surge coincides with renewed speculative interest in AI infrastructure plays, bolstered by Filecoin’s parallel strength. Despite the Fear & Greed Index remaining in deep fear territory at 21, investors are rotating into AI-driven projects perceived as early beneficiaries of decentralized compute and machine learning integration.
FET’s sustainability will depend on continued developer activity and on-chain integrations, but for now, holding above $0.43 would likely confirm a new support base.
NEAR Protocol is also benefiting from a wave of renewed optimism, soaring 34% in 24 hours and 41% over the past week. The protocol’s Intents layer has processed over $4 billion in volume, while open interest jumped 59% to $419 million, signaling growing speculative participation.
Crucially, NEAR’s latest upgrade halved annual token inflation from 5% to 2.5%, improving long-term tokenomics and reducing sell pressure. Integrations with Cardano and Aptos further reinforce its expanding role in cross-chain infrastructure and intent-based transactions, two sectors gaining institutional traction.
The performance of FIL, FET, and NEAR underscores a risk-on rotation toward altcoins with tangible use cases, particularly those connected to AI, decentralized storage, and interoperability. While Bitcoin dominance remains high at 59%, traders are selectively positioning into assets showing strong fundamentals and real network activity.
