Solstice, the yield infrastructure layer for Solana, today announced that Fasanara Digital has deployed capital to YieldVault, the protocol’s flagship delta-neutral yield strategy. Fasanara joins Nasdaq-listed DeFi Development Corp (DFDV) as an institutional allocator to the platform.
Fasanara Digital is the digital assets arm of Fasanara Capital, a London-based alternative asset manager with $5.5 billion in assets under management and a 14-year track record. Fasanara Digital manages $500 million in market-neutral crypto strategies and won Best Overall Digital Asset Manager at the 2023 Hedgeweek European Digital Assets Awards.
The deployment reflects strategic alignment between Fasanara’s investment approach and YieldVault’s architecture. Fasanara Digital runs quantitative strategies across spot and derivatives markets, maintaining market-neutral positioning through systematic hedging. YieldVault operates on the same principle, using funding rate arbitrage and hedged positions designed to generate yield independent of directional market moves. For a fund built on a delta-neutral discipline, YieldVault offers yield infrastructure that matches its risk framework.
YieldVault is a permissionless wrapper for Solstice’s delta-neutral strategy, operating since January 2023. The strategy is designed to generate yield through funding rate arbitrage, hedged staking, and tokenized treasury positions. Allocations shift based on market conditions. Institutional participants access the strategy through off-exchange settlement via Copper and Ceffu, with independent proof-of-solvency attestations from Accountable.
