Such outflows typically signal reduced selling pressure as investors move assets into private wallets, reflecting confidence in Ethereum’s long-term potential. This steady accumulation trend strengthens ETH’s position and reduces the likelihood of sudden market dumps.
From a technical perspective, Ethereum’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) is holding above the neutral 50.0 mark, indicating sustained bullish momentum. The RSI has remained in this favorable zone for most of the month, reinforcing the potential for continued upward movement as long as market conditions remain supportive.
At press time, Ethereum trades at $4,468, just shy of the key $4,500 resistance. Consolidation at this level highlights market resilience and opens the door for ETH to potentially flip $4,500 into a support zone. If successful, this could set the stage for a rally toward the next major resistance at $4,775.
