Northern Data provides operational and capital markets update
Frankfurt am Main – 21 October 2025 – Northern Data AG (ETR: NB2, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) today announces customer traction of upgraded technology results in expected Q4 2025 Cloud business monthly revenue run rate of approximately EUR 10 million to EUR 15 million based on strong pipeline conversion rates across reserved, on-demand and spot market contracts.
Additionally, the Group has withdrawn its previous full year 2025 financial guidance due to the ongoing evaluation of potential strategic transactions and market pricing dynamics, partially offset by improved utilization of its GPU capacity driven by customer traction after the Q2 technology upgrade.
Northern Data Group will shortly publish a business and operational update including additional information on the operational and preliminary revenue performance of the Group in Q3 2025.
