Introducing Voice-Enabled Auto Attendant: A Game-Changer for Business Communications

Epygi is proud to announce the launch of its voice-enabled auto attendant feature, a significant upgrade designed to enhance user experience and streamline call management. This innovative feature allows callers to navigate custom auto attendant menus using natural voice commands, making it easier than ever to connect with the right department or person.

Activated through a simple license key, businesses can enable this feature at their convenience, allowing for tailored deployment according to their unique needs. With AI-powered speech recognition, the system interprets voice commands quickly and accurately, providing immediate responses. This is especially beneficial for organizations that deal with a high volume of calls or have complex call flows, as it significantly reduces wait times and enhances the overall customer experience.

Furthermore, the voice-enabled auto attendant is particularly useful in hands-free situations. For instance, customers who are driving or multitasking can easily navigate the system without needing to press buttons, making the calling experience smoother and more intuitive. This feature not only caters to user convenience but also promotes inclusivity, ensuring that those with accessibility needs can effectively utilize the service.

Epygi continues to evolve its offerings with the upcoming public release of its QX IP PBXs, introducing enhanced Plug-and-Play (PnP) support and auto-provisioning capabilities for several leading IP phone models. The newly supported devices include the Fanvil V62 Pro, V66 Pro, and the Yealink AX86R, SIP-T88V, and SIP-T88W.

The Fanvil V62 Pro stands out with its 2.8-inch color screen and support for 12 SIP lines, ensuring high-definition audio for all calls. In contrast, the V66 Pro offers a premium experience with a 7-inch touchscreen that facilitates video calling and supports up to 20 SIP lines, making it ideal for busy office environments.

Yealink’s AX86R is a rugged Wi-Fi 6 DECT desktop IP phone that combines durability with high-definition audio and a user-friendly color touchscreen. The SIP-T88V and SIP-T88W models provide smart business solutions with their 7-inch touchscreens, 16 SIP accounts, and the ability to host 10-party conferencing. Each of these Yealink models is equipped with an emergency alarm button, ensuring that businesses can respond promptly in critical situations.

With the introduction of PnP support, these devices can now be seamlessly integrated into a unified communications network. This capability simplifies large-scale deployments across multiple locations, making it easier for businesses to manage their communications infrastructure efficiently. Designed for both office environments and field use, these devices ensure reliable voice, video, and emergency communications, allowing organizations to operate effectively and dependably day-to-day.

In an age where data privacy is of utmost importance, Epygi is committed to safeguarding client information through advanced encryption capabilities. The latest updates ensure that all recorded voice interactions can be encrypted during transit, adding a crucial layer of security to sensitive data.

Furthermore, Epygi supports the transmission of call recordings via FTP as encrypted files, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access these recordings when needed. This means that businesses can send and store data securely, protecting it from unauthorized access and maintaining the highest standards of data security.

By leveraging encryption for both the transit and storage of data, Epygi provides peace of mind to its clients, assuring them that their sensitive information is protected at all stages of the communication process. This enhancement reflects Epygi’s ongoing commitment to data privacy and security, acknowledging the vital need for businesses to protect their clients’ information in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

To support businesses in leveraging Epygi’s full range of features, the company offers training resources tailored to various expertise levels. For those new to Epygi products, the free Sales and Technical Webinars provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about user scenarios and engage with experts in real-time. Participants will gain insights into how to set up their QX IP PBX systems and fully utilize the feature-rich solutions offered by Epygi.

For more advanced users seeking hands-on experience, Epygi also hosts a comprehensive Three-Day Technical Training session, led by the Director of Support. This in-person training provides attendees with practical knowledge of the QX line and includes a QX50 device and a feature-rich IP phone to take home. This unique opportunity not only enhances technical skills but also fosters a deeper understanding of how to optimize Epygi solutions for business needs.
