A new chicken shop is set to open its doors in Edinburgh, transforming a vacant unit. Just Chicken will be opening their doors in Dalry on December 17.
They’ve promised ‘authentic Portuguese and Spanish inspired flavours’. Just Chicken is launching at 261 Dalry Road.
The unit was previously operated by Urban Thai. Posting online, the owners said: “Edinburgh… it’s happening! We are thrilled to announce that Just Chicken will officially open on 17 December 2025 at 261 Dalry Road!
“Get ready for authentic Portuguese-style frango no churrasco, Spanish-inspired rotisserie flavours, charcoal-style grilling, juicy roast chicken, fresh sides & desserts. We cannot wait to welcome you into our brand-new takeaway and share our passion for real Spanish/Portuguese rotisserie chicken.
