A drunken brawl in Oxford city centre involving a baseball bat, in which one man was knocked out, has seen four thugs sentenced.
The fight took place in the early hours of December 16, 2023 in Hythe Bridge Street.
It then spilled over to the Worcester Street car park.
Four men were sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on Friday, November 21.
They were Ashley Wilson, of Kingfisher Green, Oxford; Aidan Hurley, of Broadfields, Littlemore; Tyirie Allen, of Pegasus Road, Oxford; and David Cernatescu, of Yeftly Drive, Littlemore.
Hurley, 23, Allen, 27 and Cernatescu, 20, all pleaded guilty to affray.

Wilson, 39, pleaded guilty to affray, as well as being in possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a baseball bat.
George Joseph, prosecuting, told the court that the fight started at around 4am when a man, said to be Wilson’s cousin, was chased down the street by a group of men and kicked and punched on the ground.
CCTV showed Wilson going to his car, parked at the Worcester Street car park, to collect a baseball bat from his boot.
Mr George said that Wilson then used the bat to ‘choke’ Hurley.
Wilson was then knocked out by another man and the bat was passed around the group, the court heard.
The footage appeared to show Wilson being stamped on the ground while unconscious.
Mr Joseph told the court that Hurley, Allen and Cernatescu gave no comment interviews to police.
Wilson told police he got the bat to defend himself.

Mr Joseph said: “There was use of serious violence. It occurred in a busy area on a night out. They were under the influence of alcohol.”
The barrister said that Wilson suffered injuries to the back of his head and a broken nose.
In Hurley’s mitigation, it was heard that he was in breach of a suspended sentence for having a knife at the time of the fight.
His barrister urged the court to not activate it citing him being ‘hardworking’ and being ‘deeply committed to his family’.
Gordana Austin, mitigating for Allen, said: “He takes full responsibility for his actions that night. He has expressed his remorse for his actions.”
In Cernatescu’s mitigation it was heard he was only 18 at the time of the fight and that he apologised for his actions.
Jonathan Coode, mitigating for Wilson, said: “He was the one who was very seriously attacked. His mistake was his stupidity to get the bat from the boot of his car.
“He had a broken nose and a shocking injury to his face.”
Judge Emma Nott said: “This was serious offending. It involved kicking and stamping and the use of a baseball bat.”
